Project overview
We are searching for a Subject Matter Expert Writer for our Sports Medicine course. This course is the second of four semester courses in our Sports Medicine track for the Health Science pathway. Each course consists of 8 units (5500-8000 words) and aligns with specific state and certification exam standards. The first 8 units will need to be complete by April 2021. The first two semesters aim to engage students potentially interested in a career in the sports medicine field or simply those students looking to learn more about health, fitness and wellness, and how this can apply to their everyday life now and in the future. The final two semesters are designed to take a deeper dive into the field for students who see themselves pursuing a related career. Ideally, the candidate will have a background in teaching, working with standards and strong writing skills with a desire to engage students in a manner that captivates them and makes concepts relevant. Candidates will be asked to participate in a paid audition and compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on audition performance and experience. Compensation range between $6500-$8000 per course.
