About the Role Softr is a no-code platform that allows users to build custom, flexible internal tools and client portals powered by data sources like Airtable, Google Sheets, Hubspot, Monday.com, Notion, SQL databases and more—without writing any code. We’re a fully remote, distributed and diverse team of curious, ambitious, hungry and humble individuals. Key Responsibilities Design, implement and scale our growth marketing strategies for all marketing channels (both B2B and B2C). Help increase customer acquisition, engagement and retention. Run experiments in different marketing channels to help identify what works best for Softrs business and product. Be knowledgeable of online advertising platforms and analytics tools for online channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) Be analytical and measure the success of our GTM strategy in user acquisition, retention, engagement and monetization. Define and report on metrics regularly to the leadership team. Collaborate and partner with the product team on in-product growth topics, and with the community on community-driven initiatives. Grow the Softr customer base through co-marketing opportunities with other companies and partnerships (e.g. with third-party communities, agencies, educational institutions, incubators/accelerators, tech newsletters/podcasts), in collaboration with our Community Lead. Qualifications/Requirements Experienced with horizontal, PLG-type SaaS companies. Ideally, you have helped early-stage companies figure out scalable and defensible marketing acquisition channels and helped grow to the Series B stage and beyond. Have breadth across all areas of growth marketing, with depth in some of these areas: content & SEO, email/lifecycle marketing, website management & conversion rate optimizations, marketing ops and analytics. Passion for no-code and automation and the audience we serve. We’re looking for someone excited about the no-code space and who wants to dive deep into understanding our audience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. We’re a 100% remote team, and writing is our primary means of communication at Softr. Love for solving problems. Our customers range from individuals to some of the Fortune 500 companies, and they are all unique. You care deeply about users. You are customer-centric and have experience building and maintaining relationships with complex, multi-geographical customers. Urgency is your mindset.
