About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Database Administrator (DBA) to support migration activities and database administration tasks. The candidate must have strong expertise in SAP HANA and SAP ASE, with additional exposure to MaxDB or Oracle being a plus. This position is part of the SAP ECS Subcontracting project. Key Responsibilities Support and lead Low-Level Design (LLD) for database builds. Deliver HANA & ASE administration in a production and project environment. Perform and support Database Migrations across SAP landscapes. Handle restore and recovery operations. Monitor and ensure database availability and health. Identify and resolve performance issues and bottlenecks. Implement database optimization strategies. Manage backup and recovery processes. Perform user administration and access control. Work with SAP teams to provide technical database support. Be available for weekend work and shift rotations (especially for APJ timezone needs). Qualifications/Requirements Experience Required: 10+ Years Primary Skills: SAP HANA Administration (Mandatory), SAP ASE (Adaptive Server Enterprise) (Strongly Preferred) Secondary Skills (Assets): MaxDB, Oracle Database Administration
