About the Role This position involves leading Salesforce delivery programs with a focus on managing implementations across various business units and geographies. The role requires extensive experience in Salesforce program management and delivery leadership, with a strong emphasis on AI features and integration oversight. Key Responsibilities Manage Salesforce implementations across multiple business units and geographies. Oversee MuleSoft integration and manage enterprise API ecosystems. Lead multi-million-dollar Salesforce transformation programs. Ensure effective stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting. Utilize Agile and hybrid delivery models, including Scrum, SAFe, and DevOps. Qualifications/Requirements 15+ years of IT delivery experience , with at least 8+ years in Salesforce program management/delivery leadership. Proven track record with Salesforce AI features such as Einstein, Agent Assist, and Agentforce. Hands-on knowledge of IVR and Salesforce integration, including CTI, telephony, and omnichannel. Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Program Architect accreditation, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or OmniStudio Consultant, and MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect. PMP / SAFe Agilist certification preferred.
