Job Description We're seeking an experienced Mid to Senior Level Product Designer / UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our platform, ensuring it is intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly for both clients and freelancers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to translate user needs and business objectives into innovative design solutions. Key Responsibilities User Research & Analysis Conduct user research to understand user needs, motivations, and pain points. Analyze user feedback and activity to enhance the user experience. Design & Prototyping Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms. Develop and maintain design systems and style guides. Collaboration Work closely with product managers to define product requirements and roadmaps. Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility of designs and adherence to UX best practices. User Testing Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, A/B tests, and incorporate findings into design iterations. Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of design solutions. Innovation & Strategy Stay updated on the latest UX trends, technologies, and methodologies. Propose and advocate for innovative ideas to improve the product experience. Problem-Solving Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, usability). Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered. Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing user experience and visual design work. Skills & Competencies Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Fluency in English at C2 Level is required. Technical Skills Design & Prototyping Tools Figma User Research & Analytics UserTesting.com, Hotjar, Amplitude, Metabase. Visual Design Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Information Architecture Experience in organizing and structuring content for optimal user flow. Accessibility & Compliance Knowledge of WCAG guidelines and best practices for inclusive design.
