About the client Our client is all about creating engaging and compelling email marketing campaigns that captivate audiences and drive results for DTC e-commerce brands. Their collaborative and creative environment thrives on innovation and teamwork, and they are excited to welcome a passionate Klaviyo Implementor to contribute to their mission. About the role As a Klaviyo Implementor, you will work closely with the marketing team and configure and maintain Klaviyo to support email marketing campaigns, automation, and integrations with other platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce). You must ensure tasks are completed with quality and in a timely manner. You will be in charge of communication both “up and down”. Responsibilities ● Retrieve approved designs from designated design tools (Figma, Google Drive, etc.) and translate them into Klaviyo email templates. ● Design and implement email templates, workflows, and segments based on marketing strategies and business goals. ● Conduct A/B testing on emails to optimize performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. ● Verify the completeness and functionality of all campaign components, including links, timers, product blocks, headers, footers, and Klaviyo tags. ● Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. ● Ensure that all necessary details, such as coupon codes, promotion details, sale information, and timer specifications, are accurately reflected in the campaign copy and design. ● Ensuring company best practices/SOPs are followed ● Collaborate with account points of contact (POCs) to address any missing or unclear campaign elements. ● Cross-check campaign briefs and design specifications to confirm the inclusion of essential campaign information. ● Validate the correctness and completeness of header links, footer details, Klaviyo tags, and social media links within email templates. ● Lead continuous improvement initiatives i.e How to solve recurring QA issues ● Verify the interactive and responsive placement of email templates across various mobile and desktop views. ● Conduct optimized view checks in dark mode ● Perform final quality checks to ensure adherence to company standards and client requirements. Requirements 2+ years of experience with the following: ● Klaviyo ● Asana ● Slack ● Figma ● Shopify ● Sendtric ● Litmus ● Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS.
