Access to the official Zomato and Swiggy partner APIs has to be provisioned and wired into my existing cloud-based POS. The connection must cover every operational touch-point—menu synchronisation, live order tracking, and payment processing—so staff see the same information the customer apps display, in real time.

Note :- i don't have api of any.

Current setup
• A single-tenant, cloud-hosted POS (REST-friendly, supports webhooks and cron jobs).
• Secure staging server is ready for sandbox keys; production will switch to live keys once tests pass.

Scope of work
1. Arrange or supply working API credentials for both platforms.
2. Build the integration layer (preferably in Node.js or Python, but I can accommodate other stacks) that:
– Pulls and pushes menu data on demand and on schedule.
– Streams incoming orders instantly to the POS, updating status back to Zomato/Swiggy as they progress.
– Routes payment confirmations so that completed transactions reconcile automatically.
3. Implement real-time notifications via webhooks, sockets, or another low-latency method.
4. Document endpoints, environment variables, and deployment steps so my in-house team can maintain the code.
5. Run end-to-end tests on staging, then support the switchover to production.

Acceptance criteria
• Menu items, modifiers, and prices match across all three systems within two minutes of an edit.
• New orders appear on the POS in under five seconds and reflect each status change back to the platforms.
• Payments settle with correct order IDs and totals.
• Complete API documentation and handover package delivered.

If the partner programmes require additional paperwork or account setup, flag that early so timelines stay clear.
