Zoho CRM Kiosk Setup

I run a car-detailing business that already lives inside Zoho CRM, but I still juggle too many steps by hand. I want a dedicated Zoho CRM Kiosk that walks my staff—and occasionally walk-in customers—through every stage of the job on a hybrid interface (touchscreen plus keyboard/mouse).

Here is the flow I’m aiming for:

• Lead capture & qualification – the Kiosk should pull new leads from web forms, phone enquiries and on-site sign-ins. I do have some qualification ideas, yet I need your guidance to confirm which data points truly matter for this industry.
• Deal and service fulfilment – once a lead is approved, the system must auto-create a Deal, populate the correct detailing package, print or email the service checklist, and track progress until completion.
• Post-service feedback – a quick feedback screen or email link should appear as soon as a job is closed.
• Reminder system – automatic reminders for six-week and quarterly maintenance visits, triggered by service dates and sent via SMS/email.

Everything has to live in Zoho’s native modules where possible (CRM, Books, Desk, Campaigns), with Deluge scripting or low-code tweaks only when essential. I also need clean dashboards that show daily bookings, technician workload and upcoming reminders.

Acceptance criteria
1. Staff can move from “New Lead” to “Job Complete” entirely inside the Kiosk without opening separate Zoho tabs.
2. Hybrid UI operates on a 15-inch touchscreen PC; all core actions must be tappable, but power users can fall back on the keyboard/mouse.
3. Reminder workflows fire automatically and are logged in the Timeline.
4. Full documentation and a short Loom walkthrough demonstrating each stage.
