Zoho CRM Email Automation, Follow-Up Strategy & Reporting for ShowPlanr.com

I run ShowPlanr.com, where we manage event bookings and regularly contact around 100 venues to confirm availability for tours and shows. I need a Zoho CRM expert (event sector experience helpful but not essential) to:
- Set up automated, personalized email follow-ups using our existing templates (with placeholders for show/tour details)
- Review and improve all templates for increased venue engagement and response rates
- Advise on effective follow-up schedules and tips to maximize efficiency without losing a personal touch
- Create reports to track email performance, booking progress, and response rates
- Provide clear documentation and team training on the new workflow

Ideal freelancer will have:
- Strong Zoho CRM automation experience
- Proven email automation/reporting skills
- Ability to suggest improvements and explain processes clearly
- Knowledge of event/tour management workflows (a plus)
