I run a young export-focused startup and need reliable help for roughly 8–10 hours each week. All of our accounts live inside Tally OR Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice and Zoho Expense, so you’ll be working exclusively in that ecosystem.
Here’s what I need done on the bookkeeping side:
• Invoice management – raise, send and follow up on sales invoices.
• Expense tracking – categorise receipts, bills and card charges as they come in.
• Bank reconciliation – match transactions and keep the ledgers tidy and current.
On the export front, you’ll take care of the paperwork that keeps shipments moving:
• Prepare and collate documentation for shipping (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates as required).
• Compile customs-clearance paperwork and coordinate any additional information our freight forwarder requests.
Accuracy is essential, but so is speed; I work to tight dispatch windows and need files ready for inspection without a second round of edits. If you already know the quirks of Zoho’s accounting suite and have handled export documents before, you’ll feel right at home.
Deliverables each week:
1. Fully reconciled Zoho Books account with zero uncategorised transactions.
2. Up-to-date invoice and expense entries in Zoho Invoice and Zoho Expense.
3. Complete shipping and customs document pack for every scheduled export order.
That’s the scope—steady weekly hours, clear tasks, and plenty of room for a knowledgeable professional to keep our back office running smoothly.
