I already have a clean, permission-based list of prospective customers and I want to start turning that list into sales. What I need first is a fully configured Gmail Business (Google Workspace) mailbox on my own domain, ready for promotional outreach.

Your role is to:

• Activate and configure the Workspace account under my domain, including SPF, DKIM and DMARC so messages land in the inbox, not spam.
• Import my existing opt-in list and set up an organised label/segment structure for easy follow-ups.
• Build a professional-looking introductory email that presents my product and service clearly, with room for future discount or call-to-action blocks.
• Execute or schedule the first send using a mail-merge solution that stays within Google’s sending limits.
• Hand over a simple SOP so I can repeat campaigns myself, track opens/clicks, and remain compliant with anti-spam regulations.

If you are comfortable with Google Workspace admin panels, Gmail add-ons such as Yet Another Mail Merge or similar, and have a marketer’s eye for an engaging first-touch email, I’d love to get this running quickly.
