We are Pie Infosystems, the company behind YourBooks (yourbooks.in). YourBooks is a Made-in-India, GST-first accounting and business management software for Indian SMBs. We are looking for an experienced YouTube video editor and channel optimisation specialist to turn our raw tutorial videos into polished, professional YouTube content.
About the work
We have recorded 31 raw tutorial videos showing how different features of YourBooks work. They are in both English and Hindi. These raw videos are currently uploaded on our YouTube channel as they are. We need them professionally edited, optimised and re-published.
Topics covered:
• Quotation, Sales Order, Invoice, Invoice Payment, Invoice Return
• Purchase Order, Purchase Invoice, Purchase Return
• Expense, Expense Payment, Expense Return
• Journal Voucher, Delivery Challan, Bank Statements
• Cost Center & Business Unit
• CA Dashboard (the English and Hindi versions each come in two parts, which may need to be combined)

Scope of work
1. Video editing: Trim dead air and mistakes, then add a clean intro and outro, background music, zoom-ins and highlights on important screen areas, text callouts, lower thirds and smooth transitions. Videos should look professional and stay consistent with our brand.
2. Custom thumbnails: Design an eye-catching, high-CTR thumbnail for every video, with a consistent style across the series and clear Hindi and English versions.
3. YouTube SEO and optimisation: Write keyword-researched titles, descriptions, tags and hashtags. Add chapters/timestamps, cards, end screens and links back to our website.
4. Channel organisation: Create playlists (for example by module, and separately for English and Hindi), set the upload schedule and handle the publishing.
5. Growth best practices: Advise on YouTube Shorts cut from the long videos, captions/subtitles, pinned comments, community posts and anything else that improves reach and watch time.
Who we are looking for
• Proven experience editing and publishing videos on YouTube, not only editing
• A strong understanding of the YouTube algorithm, SEO, thumbnails and audience retention techniques
• Experience with software, SaaS or tutorial-style videos is a big plus
• Comfortable working with both Hindi and English content
• Delhi NCR based freelancers are preferred, so we can meet in person when needed
• Good communication and on-time delivery
