YouTube Upload & Comment Manager

I run a growing entertainment-lifestyle channel and need a reliable partner to keep the publishing side running smoothly. I will supply fully edited videos; your job starts once the file is ready.

Here is what I need from you for each video, two to three times a week:

• Upload through YouTube Studio, adding the title, description, tags, end screens, and cards that I provide (or lightly refine for clarity and keyword relevance when asked).
• Schedule the release on the calendar we share so viewers see a consistent cadence.
• Monitor the first 48 hours of comments, hiding spam and flagging anything that needs my personal response. Continue a daily sweep for the next week so conversations stay positive and on-topic.
• After the video goes live, pull basic analytics—views, watch time, top comments—and drop them into a simple Google Sheet so I can track performance at a glance.

I already have the channel art, playlists, and community tab strategy in place; this role focuses strictly on uploads and comment moderation.
