YouTube Scriptwriter Needed for Dramatic Waste Crisis Awareness Video

I need a script for a 15 minute YouTube video exposing the solid waste management crisis in my city, and investigating its potential impact on public health and the environment.

The primary goal is awareness and viewer engagement. Emotional storytelling should be the backbone of the video, with on-site footage and cinematic narration driving the story.
