YouTube Channel Setup & Upload Guidance

I have a batch of finished entertainment videos that are ready to go live, but I’ve never taken them from my hard drive to YouTube. I need a team that can create and fully set up my channel, then walk me step-by-step through the entire upload process—thumbnails, descriptions, tags, playlists, scheduling, privacy settings and anything else that matters for a smooth launch.

No editing support is required; the footage is final. What I’m looking for is clear, patient guidance delivered over screenshare or recorded tutorials, plus a short written checklist I can reuse whenever I add new videos. By the end of our collaboration I want to feel confident doing uploads on my own and have a polished, discoverable channel ready for viewers.
