I'm seeking a YouTube Channel Strategist to audit and restructure my channel, BSc Supplements. The focus is on optimization and user experience (UX), not video production.
Key areas for improvement include:
- Channel architecture
- Homepage layout for clearer call-to-actions
- Navigation and viewer journey
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven track record in YouTube channel optimization

We have a lot of history. My key concern is we run 9 big moments a year as a brand marking architecture and each starts with a Netflix style video. The 1st example is Anatomy of An Athlete, a recent is Runner High & We Know Sport.
