YouTube Channel Growth Specialist Needed

I am looking for an experienced YouTube channel manager/growth specialist to build and grow a new YouTube channel from scratch.

I need someone who can handle the complete process, including:

Niche and market research
Choosing a profitable niche with strong growth potential
Creating the channel branding, logo, banner, and overall setup
Developing a content strategy and upload schedule
Finding high-potential video topics
Writing original, engaging scripts
Professional voiceover
High-quality video editing
Eye-catching thumbnails
YouTube SEO, titles, descriptions, tags, and optimization
Publishing and managing videos
Monitoring analytics and continuously improving CTR, retention, watch time, and subscriber growth

My goal is to build a legitimate, long-term channel and reach YouTube Partner Program eligibility as quickly as realistically possible, ideally within 1–2 months if the channel gains sufficient traction.

I do NOT want fake views, bots, purchased subscribers, copied/reused content, copyright violations, or spammy AI-generated content. All content must comply with YouTube monetization policies and be sufficiently original to qualify for monetization.
