Youth Golf Center Concept Sketches

I’m putting together a proposal for a future non-profit golf center that will serve young people, and I need a set of concept sketches to communicate the idea clearly to potential donors and partners. The focus is solely on the youth activities area of the complex, rendered in a clean, modern architectural style.

What I need illustrated
• Practice greens designed for beginners and short-game drills
• A combined learning center and study area that reads as both classroom and clubhouse, with an adjacent small staff office
• Surrounding landscaping and walkways that show how these elements connect and flow together

I’m looking for hand-drawn or digital sketch art—loose enough to feel visionary, yet detailed enough for viewers to understand spatial relationships and scale. I expect a minimum of two perspectives (plan view and one or two eye-level angles) delivered as high-resolution PNG or PDF files that I can drop straight into a pitch deck.

Acceptance criteria
• Modern design cues are evident (clean lines, ample glass, sustainable materials suggested)
• All three requested features—practice greens, learning center, and study/office area—are clearly identifiable in each sketch
• Resolution is suitable for printing at tabloid size without pixelation
