Yoga Booking Website Creation And maintenance

I want to launch a bilingual web platform that lets people across Europe connect seamlessly with experienced Indian yoga teachers. Visitors must be able to reserve one-to-one sessions, join small group classes, or register for full-scale retreats and workshops—all displayed in a clear timetable that updates automatically as slots are taken. The same calendar has to respect each user’s time zone while still showing the teacher’s original availability.

I need the booking flow to cover both online video sessions and in-person meetings in European cities. Once a slot is chosen, the site should collect payment instantly by credit or debit card and Apple Pay, with an option for manual bank transfer for those who prefer it.

From my side I want a simple admin dashboard where I can:
• add or deactivate teachers
• create recurring class schedules or one-off retreat events
• view, edit, or cancel bookings
• track incoming payments

Teachers should have their own mini-dashboard to update biographies, set prices, and approve or decline new bookings if they wish. Students get an account area for past and upcoming sessions, downloadable invoices, and secure video-room links for online classes.

Please build this on a maintainable CMS or framework such as WordPress-WooCommerce, Laravel, or a comparable modern stack, and integrate a reliable calendar/booking engine like Amelia, Bookly, or custom React components—whichever you feel delivers the smoothest user experience.

Acceptance criteria
1. A visitor can book any of the three session types in under four clicks.
2. Payments by card, Apple Pay, and bank transfer appear in the admin ledger immediately or with status “awaiting transfer.”
3. Confirmation emails with .ics calendar attachments go to student and teacher the moment a booking is completed.
4. The system prevents double-booking of a teacher’s timeslot.

Hand-off will include source code in a Git repository, a brief video walk-through of the admin area, and a one-page guide explaining how to add new teachers or classes.
