Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Workspace ONE UEM / MDM Engineer to design, implement, and support an enterprise Workspace ONE environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy Omnisa Workspace ONE UEM in a hybrid, HA/DR and secure DMZ architecture.
Manage Windows, iOS, Android, macOS and other enterprise devices.
Configure device enrollment, profiles, policies, compliance, security and application management.
Integrate Workspace ONE with Active Directory, Exchange, PKI, VPN and enterprise security infrastructure.
Implement security features including jailbreak/root detection, remote wipe, email protection, application control and VPN.
Configure and manage the Workspace ONE unified application catalog.
Provide troubleshooting, remote support and post-deployment maintenance.
Perform testing, production rollout and issue resolution.
Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to the IT team.
Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Omnisa/VMware Workspace ONE UEM / AirWatch.
Experience with enterprise MDM/UEM implementation and administration.
Good knowledge of Windows, iOS, Android and macOS device management.
Experience with AD, Exchange, PKI, certificates, VPN and endpoint security.
Knowledge of HA/DR, networking, DMZ and firewall requirements.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred: Workspace ONE / VMware certifications and experience with large enterprise deployments.
