Workshop Scene Loop Animation

I'm looking for a creative animator to create a loop of 3-4 different outdoor and indoor workshop/retreat scenes using only a picture of myself as the leader. I only have one picture of my top half to use, but can provide others if needed.

Requirements:
- Use my provided image to create animated scenes.
- Outdoor settings for two scenes, indoor for at least one.
- Animation should show me gesturing while speaking, possibly sitting talking is fine for inside.
- Attendees should appear as a diverse mix of age ranges and clothing, holding various items like a packet or pen.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in animation and photo manipulation
- Must be able to make my picture look exactly the same in the video
- Must be able to look realistic to if I had been actually videod!
- Experience creating realistic movement!
- Experience with zooming in for shot, then seamlessly creating loop to next
- Can fill in loop with other videos not featuring me if need to so loop is not stuck on one scene too long
