About Stableton
Stableton is a globally leading, tech- and data-driven institutional investor in private blue-chip tech companies. We empower institutional investors, private banks, and wealth managers to benefit from the value creation of the world's most valuable technology companies through our unique unicorn index investment funds and institutional thematic investment mandates.
With our disruptive mindset, fast-paced culture, and track record of innovation, we are reshaping private market investing. With seven years of 100%+ annual growth, we are scaling globally, and we're just getting started.

Your Role
This is a part-time role supporting our fund operations and structuring teams. You will take on the recurring documentation and data work that keeps our fund records complete and audit-ready: gathering account statements, logging them into our database, and working through structured clean-up tasks.
We are a tech-enabled firm and we expect you to work that way. Using AI tools to speed up repetitive work is not a bonus here, it is part of how the role is done.
This is not an internship. It takes time to learn how our funds and structures work and where accuracy matters, so we are looking for someone who wants to stay in the role and grow with it.

Your Responsibilities
Gather account statements and log them into our database
Work through structured clean-up tasks to bring fund records to a consistent standard
Support the team with recurring documentation and filing work
Take on ad hoc requests across fund operations and structuring as they come up

Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed, currently enrolled in a Master's program in finance, economics, law, or a related field
Previous experience in audit, banking, or financial services. This is a must, not a nice to have
Available at least 50% alongside your studies. Hours are flexible so you can keep your studies on track
Ready to commit for at least six months
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with structured data
Fluent with AI tools and quick to figure out where they save time
Precise and reliable. You care whether a record is correct, not just complete
Comfortable working independently and asking when something is unclear
Fluent in English; German is a plus

Benefits
Real ownership of the documentation and data groundwork, not shadowing
A team that actually uses AI tools in daily work, and room to bring your own
Insight into how funds are operated and structured at a regulated Swiss asset manager
Close collaboration with a small, senior team
Flexible hours around your study schedule and a hybrid setup in Zurich
A role you can grow into over at least six months
If it works well on both sides, we'd be glad to keep you on full-time after you graduate
