WordPress Zoho SMTP Configuration

I’d like all emails that leave my WordPress site to route through my Zoho Mail account so they land in the inbox every time. The Zoho mailbox is active and I can supply the host name, ports, and an app-specific password; what I need is the technical wiring and validation.

Here’s the flow I have in mind:
1. Install and configure a solid SMTP plugin (Post SMTP, WP Mail SMTP, or whichever you prefer) and connect it to Zoho Mail over TLS.
2. Check and, if necessary, update SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to strengthen deliverability.
3. Run test sends from the site’s contact form and system notifications, confirming they arrive in common providers like Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo without hitting spam.
4. Wrap up with a short hand-off note outlining the steps and any DNS changes so I can maintain the setup.

Acceptance criteria
– WordPress now authenticates exclusively through Zoho Mail SMTP.
– mail-tester.com (or similar) shows a healthy score and no red-flag issues.
– All tests prove reliable delivery.
