WordPress Upgrade & Multi-Vendor Setup

I need our portal elivate.in brought up to the latest stable WordPress release while keeping the Woodmart theme fully functional. The theme licence key is not on my side, so please supply and activate a valid key as part of the upgrade.

Once WordPress and Woodmart are current, install and configure multi-vendor plugin (WCFM Marketplace, WC Vendors Pro or a comparable solution). The plugin must ship with:
• Vendor dashboards – then tailor them so each seller sees custom reports and analytics, can apply vendor-specific branding, and manages products through bespoke options we will outline together.
• A robust withdrawal system – enable multiple payout options, set scheduled payouts, and enforce minimum payout thresholds that I can adjust from the admin panel.

Compatibility with existing products, orders and user data is essential; no live data loss or downtime longer than a maintenance window we agree in advance. I will sign off when:

1. https://www.elivate.in loads on the updated WordPress + Woodmart stack with all styling intact.
2. The selected multi-vendor plugin runs error-free.
3. A demo vendor account shows the customised dashboard features.
4. Test withdrawals follow the new rules and reach the designated payment channels.

Please include migration/rollback precautions and a brief hand-over note so I can manage routine updates after launch.

Staging and live site mechanism is already in use for the portal and work will only be expected accordingly.
