WordPress Speed & Workflow Automation

My WordPress site works but it feels heavier than it should and I’m still copying-pasting data every day. I want two clear outcomes: pages that open quickly for visitors and back-end processes that run on autopilot instead of on my keyboard.

Speed first. I need you to audit the current setup, cut load times, and keep the fix maintainable. Typical tweaks—caching, image compression, database optimisation, script minification, lazy-loading, CDN configuration—are all welcome as long as they leave the admin area stable and the design intact.

Automation next. Content updates, lead capture, and follow-up messages now rely on manual work. I’d like streamlined flows so new enquiries move straight from the form into a spreadsheet or CRM, trigger the right emails, and maybe even schedule reminders without me touching them. Gravity Forms, WPForms, AutomateWoo, Zapier, or native webhooks are fine; use whatever produces a reliable hands-off system.
