My site on GreenGeeks was taken offline for “excessive resource usage.” The compliance notice and raw log sample are here: https://paste.websitehostserver.net/2026/07/28/eG1rcwo_1IdsUGswBy. From a quick look I can see the plugins are a mess, and that is almost certainly the culprit.

What I need
• A full review of the current plugin stack.
• Keep only the essentials—Caching, Antispam, and Captcha remain mandatory.
• Identify and remove or disable every duplicate or redundant instance of those three, as well as any obviously idle add-ons such as old migration tools, unused editors, password managers, etc.
• Confirm I am running just one performance-optimization plugin (right now there should be only one active).
• After cleanup, provide a short report outlining what was removed, what stayed, and any further steps I should take to stay within GreenGeeks’ resource limits.

Success looks like the site coming back online, passing GreenGeeks’ compliance check, and running leaner without losing the Caching, Antispam, or Captcha functionality.
