WordPress PHPUnit Test Setup

I need a clean, repeatable PHPUnit infrastructure added to my WordPress codebase and I’d like it working smoothly on my current Windows-based local environment.
Here is what I expect once the job is complete:
• PHPUnit and the official WordPress test suite installed and wired up to the project
• Configuration that points to a dedicated local test database (so no real data is ever touched)
• A handful of illustrative sample tests showing assertions for both back-end logic and template output
• A short, step-by-step write-up that explains how I can add or run future tests with a single command
You will receive Git access to the theme/plugin repository as soon as we agree on scope, and I’m happy to jump on a quick call to decide which parts of the code deserve immediate coverage.
Please include a rough timeline, milestone breakdown, and your price when you reply. If you have previous examples of WordPress testing setups, linking to them will help me move quickly.
Looking forward to collaborating on a robust testing foundation.
