I'm looking for a reliable, highly detail-oriented WordPress & LearnDash Content Assistant for ongoing, flexible, project-based assignments.
I run Online Veiligheidsacademie (OVA), a Dutch educational platform offering online courses, e-learning modules, practice exams, and educational materials.
**Main responsibilities:**
- Copy educational content from Microsoft Word documents into our WordPress website.
- Upload and structure lessons, chapters, images, tables, and exercises in LearnDash.
- Enter multiple-choice practice exam questions, answer options, correct answers, and explanations.
- Check uploaded quizzes and e-learning content against our approved source documents.
- Identify missing content, incorrect answer settings, formatting mistakes, and inconsistencies.
- Test lessons, quizzes, and course navigation to ensure everything functions correctly.
- Maintain our existing website design, formatting, and course structure.
**Accuracy and confidentiality are extremely important.**
Most materials are written in Dutch. You do not need to be fluent in Dutch, but you must be able to copy and compare Dutch text accurately. Final educational and legal content verification remains with OVA.
You will receive restricted WordPress/LearnDash access when necessary. You must not change website settings, install plugins, delete content, or publish materials without authorization.
**Project arrangement:**
This is a flexible, ongoing collaboration, not a fixed monthly position. Some weeks there may be several assignments, while other weeks there may be none.
Our target rate is approximately $4–$6 USD per hour, negotiable depending on experience and task complexity. We prefer agreeing on a fixed price and deadline for each assignment before work begins.
We will start with a small paid trial involving one educational lesson and several multiple-choice questions in a test environment.
Please include your WordPress/LearnDash experience, preferred hourly rate, examples of similar work, and how you ensure data-entry accuracy.
