I’m building a new WordPress-powered website for our college and the single most important feature is a smooth online application experience for prospective students. I need a developer who can set up the site, design a clean interface that matches our branding, and create a secure application form that captures:

• Basic personal and contact details
• Education history plus the course the student is applying for
• Document uploads (certificates, ID, etc.)

Each submission must trigger an email to our admissions team that contains every field and any uploaded files, so nothing slips through the cracks. While alternatives like a private dashboard or downloadable spreadsheets were considered, email notifications are the workflow our staff is comfortable with right now.

You’re free to use tools such as Elementor, Gutenberg, Gravity Forms, WPForms, or similar—whatever delivers a reliable, responsive form and keeps spam at bay. Please ensure the form is GDPR-friendly, works flawlessly on mobile, and can be extended later if we decide to add payment or course-selection logic.

Deliverables:
• Fully functional WordPress site hosted on our server
• Styled application page and form with validation and upload capability
• Email notification setup and tested with real data
• Brief hand-off guide (plugin list, how to update fields, etc.)

If you’ve built comparable education or admission portals before, that’s a plus—share a link or two so I can see your approach. I’m ready to move quickly once I find the right fit.
