Word to Editable PDF Conversion

I have a Microsoft Word document that must be converted into a PDF while keeping every font, margin, header, footer and layout element exactly as they appear now. The final file has to stay fully editable—no password protection or flattening—so that text can still be revised or updated later.

In addition, a few sections of the document will need interactive form fields added so users can type directly into the PDF. Please maintain the visual style of those areas; the form fields should blend seamlessly with the existing design.

Deliverable: one polished, editable PDF reflecting the original Word formatting and containing properly functioning form fields.

If you work regularly with Adobe Acrobat, Nitro PDF, or similar tools, this should be a quick, clean task. I’ll send the Word file as soon as we start and would like the finished PDF returned promptly.
