Word Survey Responses Data Entry

I have a batch of Word files containing completed survey responses. Every answer in those documents needs to be keyed into my data capture template with perfect accuracy, preserving spelling, punctuation, and any respondent-supplied formatting such as bullet points or numbered lists.

The workflow is simple:
• Open each Word document.
• Copy or type every response into the matching field of my online form (or an Excel sheet I will share once we start).
• Double-check that no answers are missed, truncated, or mis-aligned with their questions.
