Wood Framed Garage Construction

I am going to build a 60' x 80' x 20' wood-framed garage in Yavapia County, Arizona. The garage will primarily be used for workshop and storage purposes. Need to get a PE to stamp the drawings for submittal. Must be able to provide a engineering stamp for Arizona.

Key requirements:
- Need footing design (already have soil report and bearing capacity)
- Need wall bracing engineered
- Don't need Roof trusses engineered by truss manufacturer
- No electrical or plumbing needed

Ideal Skills and Experience:
-Need licensed professional engineering stamp on drawing for footing and structure.
- I am a licensed contractor and will create and submit drawings for permit process thru Yavapia county
