WooCommerce Web Development for Heritage Brand

Project: Complete Premium Ecommerce Website for Mahajanapadas

I am looking for an experienced WordPress and WooCommerce developer, preferably someone who can also handle professional product photo editing, ecommerce graphics and content uploading.

Mahajanapadas is an Indian handmade home décor and heritage lifestyle brand. I need a complete, premium-looking ecommerce website, from design to launch.

1. Existing Setup

- Domain: mahajanapadas.com
- Hosting: Hostinger
- WordPress installation already created
- I want to use my existing hosting and domain without purchasing unnecessary additional services.

2. Website Design

Create a premium, elegant and professional website inspired by luxury Indian heritage and craftsmanship.

- Charcoal black, antique gold and warm ivory colour palette
- Elegant typography and premium layouts
- Mobile-responsive design
- Brand tagline: “Heritage Woven into Every Story”
- Professional homepage with hero banner, brand story and featured collections

3. Required Pages and Features

- Homepage
- Shop and product categories
- Individual product pages
- About Us
- Contact Us
- Corporate Gifting with enquiry form
- Shipping, Returns, Privacy Policy and Terms pages
- WooCommerce cart and checkout
- Payment gateway and shipping configuration
- Basic SEO, security and performance optimisation

4. Product Photo Editing and Graphics

I need you to handle product imagery as well as website development.

- Professional editing and retouching of the product photos I provide
- Clean white-background product images where appropriate
- Premium lifestyle images showing products in suitable home interiors
- Product feature graphics, banners and collection images
- Consistent visual presentation across the website
- Image optimisation for fast loading

The actual products must remain accurately represented. Do not change their real shape, colour, texture or handmade characteristics in a misleading way.

5. Product Uploads and Content

- Upload products with images, titles, descriptions, prices and categories
- Create attractive product layouts
- Write or improve product descriptions and basic SEO titles
- Organise the product catalogue for easy navigation

Please specify how many products, images and revisions are included in your proposal.

6. Complete Ownership and Handover — Mandatory

I require full ownership and administrator access to the finished website.

- Full WordPress administrator access for me
- Access to Hostinger, domain settings and website files must remain under my control
- All website content, edited images, graphics and other deliverables must be handed over to me
- Provide a complete website backup and database export
- No hidden accounts, developer-only access restrictions or unauthorised subscriptions
- Disclose all paid themes, plugins, licences and recurring costs before installation
- Provide a short walkthrough explaining how I can add products, change prices, edit pages and manage orders myself

Do not transfer, register or purchase the domain or hosting under your own account.

7. Proposal Requirements

Please provide:

1. Your complete quotation and a breakdown of the work included.
2. Links to at least two live WooCommerce websites you have developed.
3. Examples of product photo editing, lifestyle images or ecommerce graphics you have created.
4. Estimated delivery time.
5. Number of products and edited images included.
6. Revisions, maintenance and any recurring charges.
7. Confirmation that you can work with my existing Hostinger WordPress installation.

I am looking for a reliable professional who can manage the entire project and deliver a polished, working ecommerce website ready for launch.
