WooCommerce Site Audit & Fixes

My WooCommerce-powered WordPress site needs a thorough health check and a round of targeted improvements. I’d like you to start with a structured audit that zeroes in on two critical areas: overall navigation and user experience, plus the way products are displayed and categorised. From there, you’ll flag any technical or UX bottlenecks, prioritise them with me, and then move straight into implementation.

You’ll be working with the existing theme, plugins and custom code, so strong troubleshooting skills in WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP/JS/CSS are essential. Once we agree on the action list, I expect clean, well-documented fixes, performance tweaks where they make sense, and clear testing so we both know each improvement works as intended.
