Hi everyone,

I am looking for an experienced WooCommerce developer/designer to help me redesign and optimize my Print-on-Demand e-commerce store (https://wilbery.co.uk).

Our main target markets are the US, Canada, Australia, UK, and EU. We already have our product categories, Printify/Printful integration, and WooCommerce Multi-Currency configured. We now need a professional touch to make the website fast, modern, highly trustworthy, and conversion-focused.

---

### SCOPE OF WORK:

1. Theme Installation & UI/UX Redesign:
- Install and configure a fast, modern, and lightweight theme (e.g., Flatsome, Astra Pro, or WoodMart).
- Create a clean, minimalist layout optimized primarily for Mobile users.
- Clean up the product page layouts (clear "Add to Cart" buttons, sleek product variant selectors like UK/US plug types, and trust badges).

2. CDN & Speed Optimization:
- Finalize Cloudflare CDN setup (help with Nameserver propagation and DNS settings).
- Configure image compression (WebP conversion) and caching (e.g., WP Rocket or LiteSpeed).
- Achieve top-tier performance on Google PageSpeed Insights (Mobile & Desktop).

3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Trust Elements:
- Integrate trust badges (Secure Checkout, Shipping Info, Return Policy) on Product and Checkout pages.
- Set up a automated review app (e.g., Judge.me or Customer Reviews for WooCommerce).

---

### REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven track record with WooCommerce redesigns and speed optimization (please provide portfolio links).
- Expertise with Cloudflare, DNS management, and Caching.
- Understanding of Print-on-Demand (Printify/Printful) workflows is a plus.
- Clear communication and timely execution.

Please include your previous WooCommerce work samples in your proposal. Looking forward to working with you!
