This is a remote position.
We are seeking an experienced Women’s Health Nurse to join our innovative digital health platform. This role involves providing expert clinical support via AI-assisted chat, in-app messaging, and video consultations to empower women with evidence-based healthcare advice. You will contribute to clinical content development, AI chatbot accuracy, and patient education materials to ensure high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Specialist advice on menopause, fertility, and reproductive health.
Conduct in-app communication via chat or video to support users.
Assess user comments and escalate complex cases to appropriate specialists when necessary.
Write and review in-app clinical content for accuracy and compliance with UK and health guidelines.
Contribute to health articles, educational resources, and user-friendly content for the platform.
Ensure compliance with UK health regulations and privacy laws.
Stay up to date with best practices, emerging treatments, and national guidelines in women’s health.
Support and engage users through empathetic, clear, and empowering communication.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Registered Nurse (RN) or midwife with a Bachelor of Nursing/Midwifery or equivalent.
3–5 years of experience in women’s health, reproductive health, or menopause care.
Desirable:
Previous experience writing Health related content.
Experience providing virtual consultations or online support.
Knowledge of diverse cultural practices around fertility and menopause.
