Wix Educational Platform and Certification Creation

Wix Training Website + Certificates + Short Training Videos

Looking for someone experienced with Wix / Wix Studio / LMS systems to build a simple online training website for our business.

We need the website to:
Host multiple training courses
Allow users to access courses via QR code or direct link
Include text, images, short videos and quizzes/questions
Include short training videos created within the courses using information we provide
Track course completion
Generate a Certificate of Completion
Certificate to include:
Participant name
Course name
Completion date
Expiry date – 12 months after completion
Certificate number
Allow certificate to be downloaded and/or emailed
Have an admin area where we can see:
Who completed each course
Completion date
Certificate expiry date
Ideally send reminders when training is due to expire
Be easy to use on mobile phones
Allow us to add and update courses ourselves once the website is completed

We already have an idea of the course content and topics. We need someone who can help turn this into a professional and easy-to-use training platform.

Video creation is important. We would like short, simple and professional training videos made from the information we provide, potentially using graphics, voiceover, animation or AI tools where suitable.

Please only apply if you have experience with Wix, online training/LMS systems, certificates, automations or Velo.

Examples of videos you have created
How you would set up the 12-month certificate expiry
What Wix apps/plugins or additional software would be required
Approximate ongoing costs after setup
Whether we will be able to easily add our own courses in the future

We are looking to have the initial website set up with multiple courses, with the ability to continue adding more courses over time.
