Wix App Usability Tester Needed

I have several customer-facing apps built through the Wix App Market and I want an external set of eyes to walk through them exactly the way a real shopper would. Your task is pure usability testing on the web versions only—no mobile devices required. Please run every scenario in both Google Chrome and Safari so I know the experience is consistent across the two most common desktop browsers for my audience.

I will give you a test plan outlining key user journeys (product search, add-to-cart, checkout, account creation, and a couple of edge cases). As you work, capture anything that feels confusing, clunky, or unintuitive. Screenshots or short screen-recordings with voice notes are ideal; written observations are fine where video isn’t necessary.

Acceptance criteria: every listed user journey has been executed in both browsers, every discovered issue is documented with at least one piece of evidence, and the report is delivered in a clear, organised format I can forward directly to my developer.
