I need one pristine, production-ready golden image for our vSphere 8.0 environment. The guest OS must be Windows 11 25H2, fully patched, stripped of bloatware, and optimised with VMware OS Optimization Tool before final capture.
As remote connection is not possible, or even remote access to the machine, this will be over the phone in a video call guiding me.
PLEASE DO NOT REPLY IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO GUIDE ME.
I have had 3 ppl say yes, then refuse once they found out they had to guide me
Want to build the VM, install and verify the following components, then run Sysprep so the template is ready for cloning:
• VMware Tools
• Horizon Agent (latest release compatible with vSphere 8)
• NVIDIA vGPU drivers (data-center class)

- vCenter Server 8.0.3 (build 25413364); ESXi 8.0 U3j (HPE custom image)
- Omnissa Horizon 8, release 2603. The Horizon Agent must match the Connection Server release (not simply "the latest").
- OS: Windows 11 25H2.
- GPUs: NVIDIA L4 (24Gand L40S (48G using Q-series (RTX vWS) profiles, licensed via NVIDIA DLS. One golden image per GPU family. Host driver 595.71.03; guest driver 596.36 (Windows 10/11 DCH).
Deliverable: either an OVA or a registered vCenter template that boots cleanly, shows all agents as healthy in Horizon, detects the vGPU without warnings.
I have all downloaded requirements, just need help in the execution order and vGPU's, as I have never worked with them before
A change log is not required as you will be teaching me online, so I will record the session and recreate my own after the task is complete. No documentation from you required
Hourly rate only, but if we can do this quickly, I am willing to pay a bonus (double rate or more) and will definitely have more work in the future.
