Wikepedia Article Submission & Publication

We are seeking an experienced Wikipedia contributor to help publish an existing article about a legitimate, established U.S.-based nonprofit organization.

****We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the submission and editorial review process, not an article writer. Our primary objective is to bring our existing, well-referenced article into compliance with Wikipedia's standards and successfully navigate the publication process.*****

Our article has already been written, and supporting references from independent news outlets and other credible sources have been collected. We do not need someone to write the article from scratch. We need an experienced Wikipedia specialist who can review our existing content, ensure compliance with Wikipedia's editorial guidelines, manage the submission process, and work toward successful publication.

The ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record of successfully publishing Wikipedia articles.

Deliverables: Monitor the submission, respond to reviewer feedback, and make necessary revisions or resubmissions.
• Review our completed article and supporting references for compliance with Wikipedia's notability, neutrality, sourcing, and formatting requirements.
• Conduct a preliminary notability assessment and identify any potential obstacles to publication.
• Prepare the article for Wikipedia, including appropriate headings, inline citations, references, internal links, and an infobox.
• Submit the article through the appropriate Wikipedia publication or review process.

Payment Terms:
This is a fixed-price project with milestone-based payments.
- Milestone 1: Preliminary review, necessary revisions, and Wikipedia-ready formatting - 25%
- Milestone 2: Article submission and management of the editorial review process - 25%
- Milestone 3: Successful publication in Wikipedia's main article space- 50%

IMPORTANT: Final payment will be released only after the article has been successfully published on Wikipedia. Successful completion means the page goes live without immediate tagging for promotional content, notability, or style issues. Submission to a sandbox, draft space, or Articles for Creation review does not constitute publication.

We understand that publication decisions are made by Wikipedia's independent volunteer editors and that no freelancer can guarantee acceptance or permanent retention. However, we expect the selected freelancer to conduct an initial feasibility assessment, address editorial feedback, and make reasonable efforts to bring the article to publication.

If the article is ultimately declined, the final publication milestone will not be payable. The freelancer must provide documentation of the review outcome and outstanding issues.

1) Examples of Wikipedia articles you have successfully submitted or helped bring to publication.
2) Your proposed fixed project fee and confirmation that you accept our milestone-based payment structure, including final payment contingent on publication.

Opportunity for Additional Work:
Upon successful publication of the first article, we intend to offer the selected freelancer a second project to publish a version of the article in another language on Wikipedia. We are looking to establish an ongoing working relationship with an experienced contributor who can assist with both English and international Wikipedia editions.
