I’m ready to finalise the lighting concept for my entire home—living room, kitchen, bedrooms, everything—and I need a designer who can translate my vision into a practical, build-ready plan. The aesthetic I’m after is a balanced fusion of modern lines with a subtle traditional touch; think clean architectural light paired with a hint of classic warmth rather than a stark ultra-contemporary look.

Preferred fixtures already on my list include recessed downlights for general illumination, pendant lights to create focused statement zones, wall sconces for layered ambience, plus a feature chandelier and soft cove lighting to add drama and depth. If you see opportunities to enhance that mix, I’m open to suggestions so long as the final scheme still feels cohesive with the modern-meets-traditional brief.

What I need from you:
• A complete lighting layout for every room (reflected ceiling plans or similar).
• Fixture schedule with specs, wattage, colour temperature and control notes.
• Basic switching/dimming strategy that my electrician can follow without guesswork.
• One round of revisions after initial submission to fine-tune placement or fixture selection.

Deliver files in PDF for review and CAD or DWG for hand-off to the contractor. You’re welcome to use Dialux, Relux, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp—or whichever tool you prefer—so long as the output is clear and professional.
