Project Overview
• Build a white-label EV charging platform (driver app + operator admin dashboard + OCPP backend/CMS) for a commercial DC fast-charging station in Karnataka
• Own OCPP-based CMS built from scratch (not a vendor white-label platform) — reference brochure is for feature/UX reference only, not to be cloned outright

Technical Requirements
• OCPP 1.6J support (2.0.1 later)
• Cloud hosting (GCP or equivalent), scalable architecture
• Payment gateway integration (Razorpay/Stripe or preferred Indian gateway)
• REST APIs for app-backend-CMS communication
• Tariff engine supporting per-kWh, time-of-day, and idling-fee logic
Business Context
• Station specs: 2x180kW DC fast chargers (or 2x80kW at Tumkur site), single station to start, designed to scale to multiple sites
• Pricing model: ~₹21/kWh base, with fleet/peak variations
• Need session tracking, payments, and post-charge feedback
Suggested Phases
1. OCPP backend + charger integration (core CMS)
2. Driver app (MVP: discovery, start/stop, payment)
3. Admin dashboard (monitoring, tariffs, reports)
4. Testing with actual charger hardware on-site
5. Launch + iterate (add RFID, load management, roaming later)
