I run an online shop and want a dedicated WhatsApp Chat Admin built on the WhatsApp Business API (or another compliant solution). The system must:

• Send automated responses that cover our frequently asked questions, real-time order status updates, and scheduled promotional messages.
• Capture and manage incoming customer queries in a shared inbox so my support team can track, tag, and resolve them easily.
• Process new orders by collecting customer details, confirming item availability, and passing the data straight into our e-commerce website and inventory management system.

Please integrate the chat workflow with both platforms so stock levels stay accurate and order records remain in sync. I’m open to the tools you prefer, as long as they are reliable and allow template messages, quick edits, and seamless hand-off to a human agent when needed.
