I want a single, seamless flow that turns an incoming WhatsApp message into a confirmed travel booking. The conversation must run through Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API, be orchestrated in n8n, interpreted by an AI layer (natural-language processing with full chatbot capability), and then routed to my travel backend where flights, hotels, activities, and cabs are sourced, priced, quoted, and finally paid for.
Here’s the path I need implemented end-to-end:
• Meta WhatsApp Cloud API: configure webhooks, templates, and session messaging so automated responses drive the chat.
• n8n: build the workflow that catches each message, calls the AI service, branches the logic, and hits the relevant supplier or internal microservice.
• AI layer: use NLP to understand intent, gather missing trip details, and hold a natural dialogue until the request is complete.
• Travel orchestrator: connect to flight GDS/aggregator, hotel and activity suppliers, plus a cab partner; assemble results, feed them to the pricing engine, and return a clear quotation.
• Booking & payment: on customer approval, push the reservation to each supplier, capture the payment, and send confirmation back through WhatsApp.
Acceptance criteria
1. A demo conversation in which a user asks for a weekend trip, receives flight, hotel, activity, and cab options, approves the quote, and gets a paid booking confirmation—all inside WhatsApp.
2. Source-controlled n8n workflow, AI prompt/intent logic, and backend code with environment variables for keys.
3. Setup guide so I can redeploy the stack on my own servers and switch suppliers or payment gateways later.
