WhatsApp Interaction Development via Interakt & Freshdesk

We are looking for an experienced developer to build WhatsApp customer forms and workflows using Interakt, integrated with our Freshdesk CRM/helpdesk through APIs and webhooks.

Interakt — WhatsApp Business platform and customer communication
Freshdesk — CRM/customer support and ticket management
What we want to build

We want customers to be able to complete different forms directly inside WhatsApp, with the submitted information automatically sent to Freshdesk.

For example:

Customer → WhatsApp → Register Complaint → WhatsApp Form → Submit → Interakt/Webhook → Freshdesk → Ticket Created → Ticket Number sent back to Customer
