WhatsApp Chat Admin & Script

I run a busy WhatsApp Business number and can’t keep up with all the incoming messages. Most of them are straightforward: people ask basic questions about our products, current deals, or how to place an order. I need you to step in as the dedicated chat admin, reply promptly, and keep every conversation friendly, clear, and conversion-focused.

Your first task will be to craft a concise reply script we can both rely on. The script should cover:
• common product or service questions
• introductory and follow-up sales prompts for our ongoing promotions
• polite closing lines that encourage next steps or gather contact details

Once the script is approved, you’ll handle the day-to-day WhatsApp inbox. I expect messages to be answered quickly during the agreed working hours, with any unusual queries escalated back to me.

Deliverables
1. A well-structured reply script (Google Doc or similar, editable).
2. Live chat support on WhatsApp for the agreed schedule, following the script and updating it as real-world questions evolve.
3. Brief weekly summary: volume handled, common questions, and suggested improvements.
