WhatsApp Chat Admin Management Tool

I need a dedicated application that lets me handle WhatsApp conversations more efficiently. The core of the job is to build a chat-admin tool that works both on desktop and mobile, with separate dashboards for an admin account and any number of moderator accounts.

Key capabilities I must see inside the app:
• Automated responses that I can switch on or off per chat, ideally with simple rule building (keyword match, time of day, etc.).
• A clean way to create, save, and edit message templates so my team can answer common questions in one click.
• Multi-user management so I decide who is the sole admin and who becomes a moderator, with clear permission boundaries (moderators handle chats, but only the admin edits rules, templates, and settings).

The user interface should feel native on Windows/macOS for the desktop version and equally smooth on Android and iOS for the mobile version. Notifications must sync, and switching devices should never lose chat history or template data.
