WhatsApp Bulk Messaging Setup

I need a WhatsApp Business API account opened and fully configured so I can send high-volume campaigns focused on marketing. The messages will be strictly promotional offers, so the account and any supporting tools you recommend must comply with WhatsApp’s current policies for outbound marketing traffic.

Here’s what I expect once we start:
• You handle the application or partner onboarding required to obtain an active WhatsApp Business API number capable of bulk throughput.
• End-to-end setup of the API (webhooks, message templates, phone number verification, Facebook Business Manager link, etc.) so I can start broadcasting immediately.
• A simple guide or post-setup walk-through showing me how to upload my contact lists and trigger promotional blasts without exceeding WhatsApp limits.

If you have experience with providers such as 360dialog, Gupshup, Twilio, or another official BSP, let me know—speed and reliability matter more than the specific vendor. The account should remain in my company’s name and be ready for marketing traffic on hand-over.
