WhatsApp Automation via Interakt

Project Title: Interakt WhatsApp Workflow Automation Setup (Messages Ready)

Project Description:

We are a B2B diamond jewellery manufacturer based in Surat, India. We've purchased an Interakt subscription and need an experienced freelancer to set up our WhatsApp automation workflows exactly as we specify.

All message content is already written. Your job is to configure the workflows, triggers, and logic inside Interakt.

Scope of Work:

Set up automated workflows in Interakt based on our message sequences
Create and submit WhatsApp message templates for Meta approval
Configure triggers (e.g., new lead, keyword reply, button click, time delay)
Set up auto-replies, follow-up sequences, and conditional branching
Configure quick-reply buttons and CTAs where required
Apply tags/labels to customers based on their responses
Test every workflow end-to-end before handover

Deliverables:

All workflows live and working in our Interakt account
A short document or screen recording explaining each workflow and how to edit it
One revision round after handover

Requirements:

Proven experience with Interakt (share examples or screenshots)
Good understanding of WhatsApp Business API and Meta template approval rules
Clear communication and ability to follow instructions exactly
Experience with CRM integrations is a plus
