Hi, we're looking for someone experienced with **Make.com and WATI** to implement WhatsApp automation for our travel business client.
Our funnel uses a landing page, GoHighLevel (CRM), and Cal.com for call bookings. **We will handle the landing page, CRM setup, lead data updates, and booking integration ourselves.**
We need your help specifically with the WhatsApp automation:
1. **Initial Message:** Automatically send the trip itinerary via WhatsApp as soon as a prospect submits their contact details.
2. **Follow-up Sequence:** Send two scheduled WhatsApp follow-ups to prospects who haven't booked a call.
3. **Call Confirmation & Reminder:** Send an immediate confirmation when someone books through Cal.com, followed by a reminder before their call.
4. **Human Handover:** If a prospect replies on WhatsApp, stop the automated follow-ups so our client's team can take over the conversation.
We'll provide all WhatsApp message content and the necessary lead/booking data through GHL or Make.com.
**Your responsibility will be setting up the WhatsApp workflows using Make.com and WATI, testing them, and ensuring everything runs reliably.**
